Upon crossing the Belle Isle bridge, make an immediate move into the left lane and take your second left, passing the state park pay booth. Follow this route, and you'll find yourself on Central Avenue. As you cross the bridge, the Finish line and Transition 2 will come into view on your left-hand side.
