2025 Conscious Healing Counseling Move-A-Thon

Welcome to the 5th annual move-a-thon event hosted by Conscious Healing Counseling! This event started 5 years ago as a way to honor a staff member and her family as they navigate life with special needs. Their request was for people to move their body in any way they saw fitting as a way to honor and send energy to those struggling with both visible & invisible complex life challenges. In 2025, we are going to the roots of Conscious Healing Counseling, and dedicating our movement and our joy to suicide prevention. CHC's work is consistently connected to three values: Serving. Community. Connection. Through these values we serve those in the depths of mental illness, and are working nonstop to prevent the loss of another soul to suicide. One way this is visible is through our Non-profit organization - The Justin Center for Transformation & Healing. For more information about the Justin Center and events offered by the staff, click here: https://www.conscioushealingcounseling.com/thejustincenter Our goal is to raise $5,000, which would pay for a grief group for the 2026 calendar year and purchase supplies for a 2-day Rising Strong Grief Retreat in January, 2026 led by Jamie Mosley, LPCC, CDWF & Alison Perry, LPCC. Our ask is two-fold: 1) For 30 days, move in any way you choose - walk, bike, run, rollerblade, row, water aerobics, yoga, kayak, etc. - and dedicate that movement to a person or a group who you know to carry the weight of mental health. Log the miles in the RunSignUp app or online so we can see how far we can travel TOGETHER. Put dedication and intent behind your movement and you may be surprised to find that moving FOR someone, with love & support, helps you travel farther and with more meaning. 2) Donate! Share your efforts with friends and family, even your social media, and include the QR code, PayPal Link, or Justin Center website link for direct donations (all posted below). Your donations will go directly to this non-profit organ
