RACE STARTS AT 7:00 AM The Fueled by Fire 5k and Challenge is an annual event hosted by the Cape Coral Fire Department Community Foundation and offers fun for the entire family! Its' goal is to raise funds to further support the mission and efforts of the Foundation which include but are not limited to funding CPR courses and resources for the community, promoting fire and life safety education, funding a local firefighter memorial, and more. The 5k includes running or walking through beautiful areas of our city. The event will be timed and scored by Lin-Mark Sports of Cape Coral Florida - runners/walkers will be able to sign up for texted results during the entry process.
The 2026 Fueled By Fire 5K will again be timed and scored by our Cape Coral Residents Linda and Mark Toretsky of Lin-Mark Sports . Packet Pickup/Event T-Shirt: Packet Pick Up Packet pickup will be at Cape Coral fire station 8, 701 SW 1st Street, Thursday from 4-7PM and Friday from 11AM-4PM. Registration table will also be open on Saturday morning of the race starting at 5:30AM. Reminder, Gun time will be at 7AM. Please note that registrations submitted after September 1st are not guaranteed to receive their preferred t-shirt size; however, we will make every effort possible to accommodate.
