Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund (LTWF) is an active duty, casualty assistance, recovery, transition and Veterans organization that has provided over $8 million in financial support, beyond what the government can offer, to the Rangers and families of the 75th Ranger Regiment. The organization was founded to honor of the life and legacy of SGT James J. Regan, after he was killed while on his fourth tour in Baqubah, Iraq, serving as a Fire Team Leader with Charlie Company, 3rd Battalion. Since inception, Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund has worked very closely with the Regiment and the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program (Care Coalition) to address the ongoing needs of our Rangers and to develop grassroots programs that would fill the gaps that were not being met by both the government and other organizations. Each year LTWF works tirelessly, through various fundraising and awareness events, to continue to be able to provide this financial support.
