This sprint-distance triathlon is built for the whole community — from first-time triathletes ready to take on a new challenge, to experienced athletes looking for a fun summer race, to relay teams bringing friends, family, or co-workers together. This year, we’re keeping the summer energy going with watermelon, movement, family fun, and a post-race swim party at COM Aquatics.  Race Overview Rock the Rind is a sprint-distance triathlon featuring: ‍♂️ 500 meter swim ‍♂️ 11 mile bike ‍♂️ 3.1 mile run The race begins at COM Aquatics , with the transition area located in the parking lot. Individual and relay options are both available.
