The 3rd event in the popular Seashore Strider Championship Series, this year's Bill Degnan 5k will be held on the Cape Henlopen High School Campus. The Bill Degnan 5k is a flat & fast course through the campus on a mix of track, road and grass named in honor of the late Bill Degnan, coach, teacher & friend at Cape Henlopen.
