A Midsummer Night's Run presented by HomeTown Bank of Alabama

After seven years away, one of our favorite community traditions is making its return. Join us on Saturday, August 22, for HomeTown Bank's Midsummer Night Run, an evening dedicated to family, fun, and supporting education in Blount County. Whether you're an experienced runner chasing a new personal best, joining friends for the 5K, or simply coming out to enjoy the festivities, there's something for everyone. We'll have local food truck favorites, live music, family-friendly activities, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate community together. And as the evening comes to a close, look to the sky for an unforgettable fireworks finale at 9:00 PM, presented by the same team behind spectacular shows for the Birmingham Barons and major SEC events across the Southeast. Most importantly, every step, every cheer, and every participant helps support local education through two incredible organizations: OFFER (The Oneonta Foundation for Educational Resources) and the Blount County Education Foundation.
