The Alkebu-Lan Village is a, family friendly event in partnership with the KJP Foundation. It brings us together to celebrate health, unity, and purpose. Our goal is to raise financial support for the programs that are near and dear to us! A timed 5k run/walk and 1 mile run/walk on Saturday, September 19th, 2026. Race day registration and check-in starts at 7:30. The race will start at the Alkebu-Lan Village I-94 Industrial Park, 7701 Harper Avenue, Detroit, MI 48213. The start time of the 5K is 9:00 AM.
