Angry Cow Trail Run / Obstacle Race

Date--May 30,2026 Location--WEST SIDE OF LAKE AT THE DAM Rockford Lake 29988 S 108 Road Beatrice,Ne Distances--Approximately 4-5 miles RUCKING IS ADDED THIS YEAR. IF YOU PLAN ON RUCKING SIGN UP FOR THE DISTANCE ON LINE AND CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE REGULAR CHECK IN ON RACE DAY. THERE WILL BE A CUTOFF TIME IF YOU CHOOSE THE LONGER DISTANCE. THERE WILL ALSO BE 2 PERSON TEAMS!!! CHECK IN AS YOUR TEAM NAME. TEAMS WILL ALTERNATE ON THE RUNS AND WILL BE AWARDED SEPARATE FROM SOLO RACERS. TEAM FORMAT--FIRST RUNNER WILL DO THE RUN THEN COME BACK AND DO OBSTACLE. RUNNER 2 WILL GO TO OPPOSITE TRAILS AND COME BACK TO OBSTACLES. BOTH REPEAT. Fees--$30 Fees include--shirts,awards,snacks,drinks Registration closes May 15 Check in--8:00am West side of the lake by the dam. Start--8:30am Format--Course is on trails of Rockford lake. Mostly on trails with a mix of trees and open pasture trails. During the race you will be directed to a spot in the park for certain challenges.
