46TH ANNUAL APPLE HARVEST ROAD RACES SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2026 Brought to you by the Southington Community YMCA THERE'S SOMETHING FOR ALL AGES AND ABILITIES Our classic 5 Mile Race Our popular 5K Race Middle School Cup Our inspiring community teams running in honor/memory of loved one or in support of a local cause Our healthy 2-Mile Walk Our thrilling Y CUP 1 Mile Race for 4th and 5th graders Our fan favorite Little Fritter Fun Runs Discount for our veterans and service men and women STARTING TIMES AND LOCATIONS 5 Mile Race - Starts at 8:30 a.m. Meet at the top of Columbus Blvd 5K Races - Starts at 8:45 a.m. Meet at the top of Columbus Blvd. 2-Mile Health Walk - Starts at 8:30 a.m. Meet in front of the YMCA Y CUP 1 Mile Race - Part of 5K Race. Meet at 8:15 at Depaolo Middle School Little Fritter Fun Runs - Starts around 10:00 a.m. Meet at the Town Green. FOR A GREAT CAUSE - STRENGTHENING OUR COMMUNITY All proceeds from the Apple Harvest Road Races will go to support individuals and families in our communities going through challenging times through financial aid and scholarships to various YMCA programs and services. You can count on the Y to be good stewards of funds received. T-SHIRTS Specially designed t-shirts will be given out to the first 750 registrations for the 5 Mile Races, 5K Races, 2 Mile Walk, and Y Cup 1-Mile Run. T-shirts for first 250 who sign up for Little Fritter Fun Runs. T-shirts for FIRST 150 who sign up for Color Fun Run NOTE: T-shirts will be given out on a first come, first served basis beginning at our packet pick-up days on Oct. 3rd, Oct. 4th and Oct. 5th 5 MILE AND 5K RACE SPONSORED BY LIBERTY BANK Both races start at same location at the top of Columbus Blvd in a festive atmosphere. The 5 mile races start at 8:30 and the 5K races start at 8:45 and wind through local neighborhoods. Participants can look forward to an electric finish with tons of crowds including our cheer zone!
