BE FAST 5k Run & 1 Mile Walk

5k run or 1 mile walk honoring stroke survivors and their family members Located in downtown Toledo at Promenade Park Run along the Maumee River front, across the Cherry Street Bridge and through the beautiful Glass City Metropark 100% of registration, donations, and raffle proceeds will go directly into The ProMedica Foundation Stroke Patient Assistance Fund. The fund is able to cover the cost of medications, health equipment, health supplies, transportation to and from appointments, and rent/utilities for patients with limited financial means as a result of their stroke. Your Entry Includes: Entrance to the 5K Run/1 Mile Walk Bib Chip Timing *BE FAST Stroke 5k T-Shirt* Snacks and Drinks Post race meal Free Stroke Risk Assessments including blood pressure screenings Stroke Educational Material Entrance into the community resource fair with multiple vendors Face painting/balloon animals DJ and photography Kids Fun run will start at 9:30am and is a 100 yard dash. Walk will start at 9:45 am . Run will start at 10:00am . Registration Fee is $25.00 per participant until 11:59 on 9 /25/2026. Price increase to $35.00 per participant on 9/26/2026 . Registration is free for stroke survivors. Silent auction and raffle items will be available! Raffle starts at 11:30am following the Awards Ceremony **Race shirts are not guaranteed after September 25, 2026** *You must be present to receive your shirt. Shirts will not be mailed unless you are a virtual participant*
