Blessed Trinity Academy XC Invitational

️ COURSE DETAILS: All races will begin and end on the Soccer Field of Blessed Trinity Academy. The course is challenging with a few hills; course is completely on grass except for road crossings. Great spectator friendly start and finish!! Varsity & JV = 1.71 Miles Developmental = 1.20 Miles  MEET RULES & REGS: - Runners are permitted to participate in only 1 race for the day. - Cross Country scoring in effect. Scoring based on top 5 on each team. - Runners may run up a classification but not down. - Runners are permitted to wear a watch. - Each team should bring a few garbage bags to clean up their area upon exiting.  RACE DAY TIMELINE: 7:30 - Registration Opens and teams can set up their tents 8:15 - Walkthrough for JV & Varsity 8:20 - Walkthrough for Developmental 9:00 - Developmental Boys (1.2 miles - 4th Grade & Under) 9:20 - Developmental Girls (1.2 miles - 4th Grade & Under) 9:45 - JV Boys (1.71 miles - Grades 5 & 6) 9:48 - JV Girls (1.71 miles - Grades 5 & 6) 10:15 - Varsity Boys (1.71 miles - Grades 7 & 8) 10:18 - Varsity Girls (1.71 miles - Grades 7 & 8) 10:30 - 10:45 - Awards Ceremony immediately following the last race. In the event of bad weather, ceremony will take place in the gym. AWARDS:  Trophies awarded to the Top 3 Teams in each of the Developmental, JV and Varsity Races.  Medals will be awarded to the Top 15 Boys and Girls Individual Finishers in all races. AMENITIES: 磻 - Fully stocked concession stand with Water, Gatorade & Hot Food. - Ample Parking and restroom facilities near the start/finish line. ⛺⛺ - Plenty of room for tent set up, along the ridge, on opposite side of the Start / Finish. ️️ - There will be a 50/50 raffle drawing at the beginning of the awards ceremony.
