Getting to the Race COME EARLY! To avoid being late or getting shut out of Camden, give yourself plenty of time. Roads CLOSE at 7 am. The Ben Franklin Bridge closes at 7:30 am. Walking to the start line from Philadelphia across the Benjamin Franklin Bridge The pedestrian walkway for the Ben Franklin Bridge will be open should you chose to walk the bridge to the start line from Philadelphia.
