⚠️ 2026 RACE-LEVEL PARTNERSHIP DEADLINES ⚠️ The Dual-Track System: Presenting vs. Title Sponsorships To maintain a unified brand presence across all Mid-Missouri events, the Columbia Track Club utilizes a dual-track sponsorship framework. The Presenting Partner (Track A - Club Level): This is the overarching brand behind the entire organization. Presenting Partners fund macro-infrastructure like timing systems, the CTC Scholarship, and volunteer tech uniforms. Their logo appears on the 100+ volunteer shirts across every event year-round. The Title Sponsor (Track B - Race Level): This partner targets a specific runner demographic by funding the physical execution of a single iconic race (like the Heart of America Marathon). Title Sponsors own the athlete experience, their logo goes directly into the hands of the runners on the participant finisher shirts, and they own the primary finish line real estate for that specific race. The "Rule of the Uniform" (Where Your Logo Goes) To maintain a unified brand presence across all Mid-Missouri events, the Columbia Track Club strictly delineates our event apparel: The Participant Finisher Shirt (Track B): This shirt is exclusively for the registered athletes. By securing a Track B tier, your brand gets directly into the hands of the runners. (Note: For races with course maps on the back, like the Heart of America Marathon, sponsor logos are placed in premium locations on the sleeves or side panels). The Volunteer Uniform (Track A): This is the official club-wide tech shirt featuring our macro-level annual partners. All event workforce wear this uniform to serve as identifiable leadership. 2026 Event & Print Timeline Track B sponsorships are tied to specific events, so print deadlines vary. To ensure your company branding is included on the physical participant shirts, your agreement and high-resolution vector logo (.AI or .EPS) must be submitted prior to the specific race's cutoff date: Sandbagger
