Cumberland County Parks & Rec Day 5k

Come join us for a 5K to kick off the inaugural Cumberland County Parks & Rec Day! This exciting 5K will take you on a scenic course through the Cumberland County Fairgrounds, giving runners and walkers of all ages a great way to start the celebration. After you cross the finish line, stick around and enjoy all the post-race festivities! The fairgrounds will be buzzing with food trucks, bounce houses, vendors, and plenty of family-friendly activities as we celebrate everything Cumberland County Parks & Rec has to offer. Bring your friends, bring your family, and make a day of it — we can’t wait to see you there! Cumberland County Parks & Recreation Day is a new event designed to showcase local sports groups, hobby clubs, fitness instructors and outdoor enthusiasts for a day of demonstrations, registrations and learning what Cumberland County has to offer. Everyone who registers for the 5k will receive a shirt and finisher medal. Awards: Top 3 male and female overall Age group awards (under 15, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49,50-59,60-69, 70+) *At noon we will be offering a free 1 mile kids run! We ask you to register so we can get a an accurate count of participants. This race is presented by the Cumberland County Recreation Commission and Even Kiel Racing
