We are excited to announce that the Dad Bod Summer Sweat 5K has been officially rescheduled for Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Rabbit Hill Park. All current registrations have automatically transferred to the new event date. No action is required if you plan to participate on July 18. Additional participant options and event details will be communicated in the coming days.  More Than a Race The Dad Bod Summer Sweat 5K is more than a finish line. It’s a celebration of fathers, father figures, mentors, brothers, friends, and every person committed to becoming healthier—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With a focus on Men’s Mental Health, this event is dedicated to raising awareness, encouraging conversation, and supporting the work being done by NAMI Gwinnett throughout our community. Whether you’re running your first 5K, chasing a personal best, walking with family, or showing up in support of someone you love, your presence matters. Because strength isn’t just measured by pace.
