The Flying Feet Summer Running Program is designed to support runners of all paces and experience levels. Whether training for a 5K, half marathon, marathon, or just running for fitness, this program will help you reach your goals. Each runner will have a training plan to follow based on their individual history and goals. There will be coached workouts offered in Littlestown at 6:30pm on Tuesday and in Westminster at 6:30pm on Wednesday. Coached workouts will also be offered every other Saturday. Each 10-week seasonal program includes the following - Coached by Dave Griffin who has been a runner for 50 years and a coach for 20+ years Welcoming environment with a circle of support among participants A training plan for each participant Coached group workouts each week Designed to prepare you for races distances ranging from 5K to the Marathon Utilizes proven training principles that improve performance, enjoyment, and consistency Unlimited access to the coach at workouts or by email for support and encouragement For more details or to ask questions, please use the contact button.
