GFF Pop Up Event 2: The Get Fit Families Splash n Dash

Welcome to the Get Fit Families Splash n Dash at Brady's Run Park on May 24 at 7:30 AM. Open to all ages. This fun and fast race will start with a swim in Brady's Run Lake followed by a run through the beautiful trails at Brady's Run Park. Ages 10 and under, 100 meter swim, 2K run Ages 11 to 12, 200 meter swim, 3K run Ages 13 and older, 400 meter swim, 5K run Proceeds will benefit the Get Fit Families Youth Scholarship Fund
