All head bangers get a custom finisher's "medal." The medals are made from cassette tapes with a custom lanyard. Overall Male & Female will receive custom vinyl record awards. Top 3 male & female finishers in 5 year age groups will receive a custom medal.

Parking is available at the park, though parking at the start/finish line is very limited. You will likely need to park at another lot and walk to the start/finish area ( see Park Map ). There is no parking along the roads within the park. Do NOT park in the beach parking lot. You will get a ticket! There is a $6.00 county park day pass or an annual pass required. Both the annual pass and daily pass must be purchased online BEFORE the event. There is NO in person payment available.
