Herd - Relay For Life Endurance Run 8 hour, 6 hour, and 3 hour

This is a paved loop trail located outside the Milner Recreation Complex. You will be running around the Dottie West Park, which consists of baseball fields, outside fitness center, skate park and a pool. There will be outdoor restrooms that you will run by every loop. The loop is .78 mile and 43 feet of gain each loop. We will have a 8 hour , 6 hour, and 3 hour event. ALL PROCEEDS GO TO RELAY FOR LIFE. A cancer survivor will place the medal around your neck. We will have an amazing aid station with all the Ultra Fair- Cookies, Chips, PB and J, Candy, Fruit, Gatorade. We will bring in Pizza for the 6 and 8 hour runners. It is going to be August, this course is not shaded. We will have coolers or ice cold water and Ice. We will be handing out towels to the 6 and 8 hour runners to help keep you cool. There will be plenty of room for you to set up a canopy (10x10) or crew out of your car. You will pass your car on every loop. There will be Relay for life activities going on all day. This is a family fun event. Come and run as much or as little as you desire in your timed event. If you want to donate to Relay for life we have a $25 donation set up for those that can not make the event.
