Journey to the Farm 5K

Join us for a morning of movement, community, and purpose at the Journey to the Farm 5K. This isn’t just a race; it’s a step toward a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. All proceeds benefit Flawless Farms, an Intentional Community of Neurodiversity Support (ICONS). We are dedicated to creating a safe, innovative environment where individuals with Autism and Intellectual Developmental Disabilities—and their families—can harness their maximum potential. Location: Cascades Falls Park (at the base of the Falls) Start Time: 9:00 AM Events: - 5K Run - 5K Walk Registration Fees: - Individual: $30 (increases to $35 on August 1; $40 on race day) - Youth (13-17): $25 (increases to $30 on August 1; $35 on race day) - Kids (12 and under): $20 (increases to $25 on August 1; $30 on race day) - Team/Group (4+ members): $25 per person (increases to $30 on August 1) Shirt Information: A shirt is included with registration. Participants may opt out to save $5. Please note that shirts are not guaranteed for those registering on the day of the event. - Sizes: Youth S, M, L; Adult S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X Finisher Medals: All participants will receive a finisher's medal. Awards: - Overall Awards: Presented to the top male and female finishers in the Open (all ages), Master (40+), and Senior Master (60+) categories for both the 5K Run and 5K Walk. - Age Group Awards: Presented to the top three finishers in the following groups: - 5K Run: 0-12, 13-14, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+ - 5K Walk: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ Timing: The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be live during the race and posted on the website.
