Join Smoke Crest Farm and Cornerstone Caregiving for a Health Fair & 5K for Dementia Awareness Lace up your sneakers and help us raise awareness, support, and hope for individuals and families impacted by dementia. This family-friendly event combines a community health fair with a 5K walk/run dedicated to education, prevention, and compassionate care.
