LifeAct's Move for Mental Health 5K Run

Please join us for our 3rd Annual Move for Mental Health, 5k Run/Walk + 1 Mile Walk at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on Sunday, September 7, 2025. Our goal is to prevent teen suicide one step at a time! Enjoy the run or walk, snacks + goodies, music by the Deejay JT | Cleveland and Northeast Ohio DJ, wellness + health fair, family fun activities, giveaways + more! About Us LifeAct’s mission is to prevent suicide by educating young people to recognize the warning signs of suicide and to seek professional help for themselves and others. Start Time 7:30 A.M: Registration & Packet Pick-Up 8:30 A.M: 5K Run/Walk 8:45 A.M: 1 Mile Walk 9:30 A.M: Awards Ceremony Distances 5K Run/Walk 1 Mile Timing 5K - Chip Timed 1 Mile - Untimed Registration Pre-Registration 5k Run and 1 Mile walk ($30) until 11:59 PM on Thursday, August 7 August 9th to August 16th - $30 August 17th to September 7th - $35 Race Day - $40 All mailed entries must be received by Wednesday, September 3, 2025 Make checks payable to Hermes Sports & Events and mail entries to: Hermes Sports & Events 2425 West 11th St. Suite #2 Cleveland, Ohio 44113 Strollers are allowed but no dogs are permitted in the zoo.
