Celebrate the 35th Cider Run with a scenic 5K through the heart of the Village of Mexico! This year's race is extra special as it begins and ends at the historic Mexico Academy and Central Schools High School, celebrating the school's Bicentennial. The course starts on the high school track before heading out onto the village streets. Runners will turn left onto Liberty Street, left onto Spring Street, right onto Lincoln Avenue, and enjoy the rolling descent down Munger Hill. The route continues right onto Wayne Street, right back onto Spring Street, left onto North Jefferson Street, right onto Clinton Street, and left onto Liberty Street before returning to the high school. Finish strong with a celebratory partial lap around the historic high school track as friends, family, and volunteers cheer you to the finish! Whether you're chasing a personal best, running with friends, or simply soaking in the crisp autumn air, the 35th Cider Run offers the perfect combination of small-town charm, beautiful fall scenery, and community spirit.
