As part of the annual Moraine State Park Regatta, your participation supports our mission to promote eco-recreation and preserve the natural beauty of our park. After you cross the finish line, stay for the full Regatta experience—featuring local vendors, water sports, and nature-themed activities for all ages. Parking Pleasant Valley Beach, South Shore Parking is easy and free! Follow the "Moraine State Park Regatta" and "Moraine Regatta 5k" signs to the main Pleasant Valley Beach parking lot. Race Details New for 2026, we're using the course from the Winterfest 5k. This course starts at the Pleasant Valley Beach area parking lot, then goes onto the Sunken Garden Trail to see gorgeous views of the lake, and then back towards the main regatta area. The 5k is a combination road and trail race.
