Whether you run, walk, or groove your way across the finish line, you’ll be part of something bigger: helping bring music education to kids who need it most. This community driven 5K event dedicated to supporting the music program of Haynes Middle School in Nashville. Join us for a day of fun, fitness and philanthropy as we run together to enrich the lives of our students through the POWER of MUSIC ! Every stride helps support music programs in under-resourced schools. Your participation funds instruments, sheet music, accessories and opportunities for students to experience the joy and creativity of music.  Because when every child can play, the whole city sings . Set in scenic Shelby Park, this event promises an exciting experience for participants of all ages and fitness levels. You don't have to run, you can walk , you can watch , you can cheer , you can donate , you can sponsor and you can volunteer ! However you decide to participate, you're going to be making a difference in the lives of kids! Not a runner or have a schedule conflict? You can support the music programs whether you run or not. Click HERE to donate! The race will be chip timed. You will receive a finisher's medal and a gorgeous T-shirt. If you register by April 15th, you get to select the color shirt you receive. **SHIRTS ARE GUARANTEED ONLY IF REGISTERED BY 4/15/2026** - there will be some extra shirts, but can't guarantee the color/size you may want. Prizes will be awarded as follows: Awards will be given to overall male & female winners and top 3 in age groups. Age groups are 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Up. AND DON'T FORGET - The top performing team will be awarded the Music City Maestro Trophy ! That comes with bragging rights for 365 days! Sc
