Powel 5K & Family Fun Day

Join us at Drexel's Vidas Athletic Complex, at 43rd & Powelton Ave., on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 9:00AM for the 4th Annual Powel 5K & Family Fun Day! There will be a 1 Mile Fun Run at 9:00AM, followed by a 5K at 9:30AM. There will also be a "Student Dash", food, and other family-friendly activities to follow the runs! Please plan on arriving at Vidas by 8:30AM for registration and opening remarks. There will be a packet (t-shirt + bib) pickup option available prior to race day (details on date/time/location TBD). You may also pick up your packet at Vidas, but we strongly encourage taking advantage of the pre-race pickup option to mitigate the possibility of long lines the morning of the race. You also have the ability to donate to the event to help the Powel Home and School Association (HSA) ensure that all members of the Powel community are able to participate in the run.
