Three-Week Triathlon Swim + Bike Training Program July 6–24, 2026 $100 per participant Join us for three weeks of focused triathlon training, swim coaching, and bike sessions led by Coach Jess, an experienced and decorated triathlete coach. This program is built for athletes preparing for a triathlon, improving their swim confidence, or simply wanting structured coaching and accountability. Attend every session or come as your schedule allows. Training Schedule Tuesdays + Thursdays | 6:00–7:00 AM COM Aquatics Swim coaching, triathlon-specific workouts, and transition-focused training. Wednesdays | 6:00 AM Midland College Bike-focused training, including opportunities for brick workouts—practicing the transition from bike to run.
