Rubin Run Satellite Parking with Shuttle Service to the JCC available Sunday, May 10 at 910 Sylvan Avenue. For Parking: Look for signage along Route 9W/Sylvan Avenue, two traffic lights south of Clinton Avenue (on the left when heading north), directing you to the Rubin Run parking spaces at 910 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs. Once you enter the complex, go straight back and follow signs for the 910 building. Designated parking area will be directly across from the building on the left. Shuttle
