Ruck the Weight VA Annual Memorial Ruck

The Memorial Ruck serves as a powerful reminder that suicide prevention is a shared responsibility. Participants will carry 18-pound ruck sacks to symbolize the approximately 17.5 Veterans who die by suicide each day in the United States, as reported by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
