Simon Kenton Pathfinder's 26th Annual Bike Tour "The Carmen Scott Patriot Ride" (In Celebration of our nation's 250th Birthday" Proceeds support maintenance of the Simon Kenton Trail Sunday September 13th, 2026 Check in & Registration 7:30am-11:00am The Depot Coffee House, 644 Miami St, Urbana, OH 43078 Your choice of three different routes; 15 miles on trail (perfect for beginners and families), medium distance (approximately 25-30 miles) on both trail and back roads and a longer route (approximately 60 + miles (almost entirely on challenging and hilly roads) in beautiful Champaign and surrounding Counties. In addition, there is a virtual option for those unable to join us on tour date. Also, for this year only, we are giving special pricing to retired or active duty military; all branches; including Guard and Reserve. Choose "Military discount" when signing up. Discount is on the honor system and is only for military; does not extend to family; (spouse or children) Our SKP Board, in the interest of promoting youth cycling and helping families, has committed to make all youth registrations, ages 0-17 free; if pre-registered and with an adult registration. Children must also be accompanied by an adult rider and wear a helmet to participate. This years routes are all in process of design. We hope to have them posted online ASAP. We use Ride with GPS. (While all effort is made to design a route which is close to the distance advertised, sometimes a road project causes us to revise a route. Thus, all distances are approximate!) We encourage safe and smart cycling! Wearing bright colors, lights on bike or trike, helmets and following all traffic laws will help us conduct a safe and enjoyable ride.
