Spring Into Sound: Move for Meaning Challenge Join Delta Zeta alumnae across Area III for Spring Into Sound, a one-week Move for Meaning Challenge designed to celebrate sisterhood while raising awareness and support for hearing health. This spring initiative offers a fun, flexible way for sisters to participate wherever they are while helping build momentum for our larger philanthropy efforts later in the year. Participants will choose a personal movement goal for the challenge. Options include completing 10 total miles, achieving a 20,000 step goal, or committing to 30 minutes of movement three times per week. Walk, run, bike, dance, stretch, or move in whatever way works best for you. The focus is on participation, connection, and supporting a meaningful cause. Throughout the challenge, sisters will have opportunities to engage with one another through fun social prompts such as sharing a favorite song, posting a walking photo, wearing Delta Zeta’s colors or blue and bronze, or sharing a fact about hearing health. Participants are encouraged to form friendly teams by decade, region, alumnae chapter, or friend groups to create a sense of connection and accountability. Registration is $20, with an optional event t-shirt available as an add-on. Participants may also invite friends and family to support their efforts through the “Sponsor My Mile” donation option, and a special matching gift day will help maximize the impact of contributions. The event will conclude with a brief virtual celebration where we will recognize top participants and teams, share stories from the challenge, and announce the total funds raised. Spring Into Sound is an opportunity to welcome the new season with movement, purpose, and the power of Delta Zeta sisterhood — all while supporting our shared commitment to hearing health and service.
