The Big Run 5k - Presented by Brooks and Fleet Feet Richmond Get Ready to Party with Fleet Feet on Global Running Day! Mark your calendar for The Big Run 5k on June 3rd, 2026 Global Running Day is our holiday; a celebration of the activity we love and the sport that brings our community together. We’re inviting all runners and walkers to join us on June 3rd to mark the occasion, set a goal and cross the finish line of The Big Run 5K presented by Brooks and Fleet Feet Richmond. The race will be held along the Capital Trail at Rockett's Landing Registered runners/walkers will get a medal, t-shirt, and some giveaways from our sponsors. We're excited to work with our local and national sponsors for this event! PLEASE NOTE - As of April 23rd, Fleet Feet was made aware there will be a closure happing at Stone Brewing, so our plan as of today, April 23rd, will be to have our day of packet pickup and after party to be moved to the starting line along the Capital Trail. Parking will still be available at the previous Stone Brewing location, however we will not be hosting our post-race party there due to the closure of their taproom. Event Timeline 4:30pm - 5:45pm - race day packet pick up 6pm - race start! Remember, the start of the race will be across the street located on the Capital Trail. 6:30 - 8:30pm - We will have refreshments & awards/giveaways at the end of the race at the finish line. Please note the location change as Stone Brewing will be closed beginning in May. Packet Pick Up Packet pick up will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd from 2pm to 7pm at our Westhampton store - located at 5600 Patterson Avenue, Richmond VA 23226. If you cannot make it to pick up your packet on June 2nd, you will be able to pick up your packet on race day between 5pm - 5:45pm.
