The Capable of More Challenge: A Global Running Day Celebration hosted by RUNegades Join us for Year 2 of The Capable of More Challenge, a four-hour, team-based running experience built around one simple idea: You’re Capable of More than you think. This isn’t about racing. It’s about showing up, finding your people, and discovering what happens when you keep going together . Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been running for years, this event is designed to feel different. Less pressure. More connection. You don’t need to prove anything to anyone else, but you might surprise yourself. What This Is In One Sentence A team-based running experience designed to help you find your people, feel like you belong here as a runner, and realize you’re Capable of More, together. You will run or walk as much or as little as you want. You will laugh, cheer, and meet people on the same journey as you. At the end, we will all take one final lap together. The Capable of More Lap is a reminder that there is always a little more in you than you think. How It Works We start at 8am for welcome and overview 8.15am-12.15pm: Your team will run or walk as many laps as you want. There is no minimum number of laps. Teams consist of 2 to 10 people Up to 3 teammates on the track at a time Rotate runners on the track over 4 hours As you finish your lap(s), tally them on your teams poster board Team Captain : Sign up first. Share your team name with those planning to join your team. For your team: Bring chairs, tents, snacks, and anything that helps you settle in and enjoy the morning. Do not have a team?
