ELITE WAVE FAQS To ease congestion on the course for competitive runners, we offer and ELITE wave. Here are some FAQs on the elite wave. 1. Is there a cost difference? Nope! 2. If I run faster than a 26 minute 5k, may I still run with my friends in the open wave at 9:30 am? Yes! Absolutely, but make sure your registration says: "5k (Run/Walk)" or "OPEN wave" 3.
