The Florida Run LEFTOVER Trail Race

Choose between a 4 Mile or 8 Mile trail race and kick off summer with a fun, laid-back morning on the trails. The LEFTOVER Race is our chance to clean house and share epic medals, throwback bibs, and leftover swag from the past 10 years—making this one of the most unique events in the series. WHAT TO EXPECT Participants can expect a professionally managed, chip-timed race with: Leftover swag from past races Throwback bibs Throwback medals Aid stations Family-friendly atmosphere On-course restrooms Post-race food and drinks Live music EVENT SCHEDULE Packet Pick-Up: Thursday June 11th 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM National Training Center Saturday June 13th 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM Lake Louisa State Park Start Time: 4 Mile & 8 Mile – 7:00 AM DISTANCES & COURSE DETAILS 4 Mile: 1 loop 8 Mile: 2 loops Course: Grass, packed dirt, and some sugar sand 74 ft elevation gain 2 aid stations 1 on-course restroom Aid stations are located at miles 2 and 4. Some are self-serve and some are volunteer-supported. Please help us keep our state parks clean by using designated trash areas. SWAG, MEDALS & RACE EXPERIENCE This event is all about celebrating the history of our trail series. Every year, we open up the stash and share some of the most memorable leftover items from the past decade. That means runners may score unique race swag, throwback bibs, and epic medals from previous events—adding a fun surprise element you won’t find at a typical race. Award times are subject to change and may begin earlier if possible. PARKING & PARK INFO Parking fees go directly to Lake Louisa State Park.
