Virginia Creeper 10 Miler

Packet pick up will be at the VA Creeper Trail Gazebo (which is out about 0.1 mi from trailhead) from 7:15-7:55. Race begins at 8:00. Race day registration will be from 7:15-7:45. Cost $20.00; $5.00 discount for State of Franklin Track Club members. Awards: Awards will be given to first female/male overall and first female/male in the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70 and 70-79, 80 and over. Also, Masters and Grandmasters. This is an out and back race...run 5 miles out, turnaround and 5 miles back on same trail. The course is a rail-to-trail so it is predominantly dirt/gravel with two road crossings. It is fairly flat with a slight decline running out and a slight incline running back .
