Mental health challenges affect millions of people, yet stigma often prevents individuals from seeking support. NoStigmas is working to change that by educating advocates, building supportive communities, and helping people learn how to stand beside those facing mental health struggles. As part of my journey to run the Chicago Marathon in support of NoStigmas, I'm inviting you to take part in the Mental Health Mile. Here's how it works: Make a donation to NoStigmas.
