The relaunched annual Warren Rives Heart to Heart 5K is a community event supporting Heart Strides. Heart Strides is a medically directed cardiac-pulmonary rehabilitation program providing heart health instruction, supervised fitness and nutritional support for those in the community who have experienced a cardiac or pulmonary event. The Kids' Dash offers the unique experience of a run around the bases at Rockers Stadium! Tee shirt only guaranteed if you register by October 10, 2026!
Awards will be given for the 5K winners in the following categories: Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female overall winners Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female in each age group: Under-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ The race director receives the right to edit awards categories based on registrations.
