Whether you’re racing for a personal best or strolling with friends, the Waubonsee Foundation Trail Run is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and connect with the Waubonsee community—all while raising much-needed funds for student scholarships! Hosted on a mixed-terrain trail on Waubonsee’s beautiful Sugar Grove Campus and the Gilman Trail, the Trail Run is a can’t-miss event for the whole family. All participants will receive a swag bag that includes an event t-shirt, a food truck voucher, and fun giveaways from our generous sponsors. Prizes will be given to the fastest female and fastest male runners in both the 5K and 10K categories. All finishers will receive a finisher's medal.
