Bring your own Kayak and Bike... (We have rental Kayaks and Bikes available FCFS) **Teams of 3 $120 (1 Run, 1 Bikes, 1 Kayaks) **Solos $80 8:00AM to 9:30AM CHECKIN For All At the Top of 1000 Springs Grade - Register, Pick up Swag, Drop Bike, Get Bib#, then go down to Ritter to drop Kayak and Park *** Need to be checked in before speech at 9:30 and race starts 10:00AM Solo's Start * 11:00AM Team's Start Includes FOOD, DRINKS AND MUSIC ON RITTER ISLAND RECOMMEND : Mountain Bike due to 1mile going down gravel grade (participants preferred) - Equipment Needed: Bike, Helmet (required), Kayak, Life Jacket (Required on boat), Invasive Species Sticker All Proceeds benefit We Are One families so that no one fights alone during a battle with cancer!
