TRAINING SESSIONS Join us for a professional approach to running and track & field training on Wednesday evenings at Mater Dei Track. This comprehensive workout program, designed for adults and youth of all skill levels, includes warm-up techniques, dynamic drills, endurance and speed training, strength training, flexibility, and mindfulness! The adult and youth groups will be separate, ensuring a focused and effective training environment. This program is for beginners, intermediate, and advanced runners. Let’s keep the momentum alive, whether it's between seasons or during them! Join us every Wednesday at the Mater Dei Track in Middletown, where the Shore A.C. community unites for an energizing training experience. We offer coaching in distance, mid-distance, sprints, shot put, long jump, and high jump. All adult club members receive free workouts. You don't need to register.
