The YMCA Strong Kids Triathlon is the perfect way to spend your Labor Day, watching kids participate in the great sport of triathlon. With two distances based on age, this event will be fun for everyone. We are excited to bring Youth Triathlon back to the Greenville area. JUNIOR TRI AGES: 6-15 SWIM: 100 Yards (Pool) BIKE: 4.0 Miles RUN: 1.0 Miles KINDERTRY AGES 4-8 SWIM: 25 Yards (Pool) BIKE: 1 Mile RUN: 0.25 Miles ADAPTIVE YOUTH TRI AGES: 6-18, adaptive athletes only SWIM: 100 Yards (Pool) BIKE: 4.0 Miles RUN: 1.0 Miles *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** This event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. Thus all participants in this event must be USA Triathlon members. Memberships may be purchased during the registration process for each child being registered. The above price does not reflect the $10 USAT fee that is required for each participant.
JUNIOR TRI Each athlete will receive a race medal at finish line. Top Finisher Awards will be given to the Top 3 in each of the following age divisions (male & female): 8 & under 9-10 11-12 13-15 race day age is used for awards at this event KINDER TRY AND ADAPTIVE KINDERTRY athletes receive finisher medals. ADAPTIVE JUNIOR TRI Top Finisher Awards will be given to the Top 3 Overall
